These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DecorAI — AI Interior Design mobile apps, the web app at app.decoraihome.com, and this website (together, the "Services"), operated by DecorAI ("we", "us" or "our"). By downloading, accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
You are responsible for any activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or create derivative works of the Services except as permitted by law.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload ("Your Content"). You grant DecorAI a limited license to host, process and transform Your Content solely to provide the Services to you, including generating your designs.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the images you upload and that they do not infringe the rights of others or contain unlawful material.

DecorAI uses artificial intelligence to generate design visualizations. Results are illustrative concepts and may not be accurate, structurally feasible, or to scale. They are not architectural, engineering or construction documents. Always consult a qualified professional before making structural changes, purchases or renovations based on a design.
DecorAI is free to download with optional DecorAI Pro subscriptions:
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by the applicable app store.
The Services, including software, branding, the DecorAI name and logo, and all related content (excluding Your Content), are owned by DecorAI and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable subscription, you may use the design images you generate for personal and commercial purposes such as planning, inspiration and client presentations.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DecorAI and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50 if you paid nothing.
You may stop using the Services at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services and other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice within the Services. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by applicable law, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
