This Privacy Policy explains how DecorAI ("DecorAI", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use the DecorAI — AI Interior Design mobile apps, our web app at app.decoraihome.com, and this website (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to the practices described here.
01 Information we collect

- Photos and images you upload or capture to generate interior and exterior designs.
- Account information such as your email address and display name, if you create an account.
- Design preferences such as the room types, styles and color palettes you select.
- Communications you send us, for example support requests and feedback.

- Usage data — features used, designs generated, and interactions within the Services.
- Device data — device model, operating system, app version, language and approximate region.
- Analytics & identifiers — cookies and similar technologies used to measure performance and improve the Services.
Information from third parties
When you subscribe, the Apple App Store or Google Play (and our subscription provider) confirm your purchase status to us. We do not receive your full payment card details.
02 How we use information
- To generate, display, save and let you share your AI interior and exterior designs.
- To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Services and our AI models' quality.
- To manage your account, subscriptions and entitlements.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.

03 Your photos & designs
The photos you upload are used to produce the redesigned images you request. To do this, images may be processed by our secure cloud infrastructure and trusted AI image-generation providers acting on our behalf.
- We do not sell your photos or designs.
- We do not use your photos to identify you or build facial-recognition profiles.
- You can delete your uploaded photos and generated designs from within the app at any time.
04 How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Services:
- Service providers — cloud hosting, AI image processing, analytics and customer support vendors bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- App stores & payment processors — to process and validate subscriptions.
- Legal & safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users and DecorAI.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
05 Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Uploaded photos and generated designs are retained until you delete them or close your account, after which they are removed from active systems within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal obligations.
06 Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
- Access & deletion — manage and delete your photos, designs and account in the app, or contact us.
- Marketing — opt out of promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.
- Analytics — adjust tracking permissions in your device settings.

07 Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and other technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.
08 Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
09 International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection laws.
